This company should have been ready for the public when this game went on sale. I was on my computer for 2 hours today trying to order it, and everytime it went down. When I called and talked to a customer service rep, after I got 100% attitude, he let me know that the system would be down for the next 6 hours guild wars 2 gold. Seriously?? now, they are all out, and what am I going to do with a broadway game? I dont live where my kids would understand those songs! Sorry but we just dont. There needs to be something done about the time the site was down, or rain checks given for the time promised it would be on sale. I got 2 earrings, 1 bracelet, 1 just dance, and 1 dance broadway. Also another family member got just dance. I just kept trying until I got through for the games and as far as the earring and bracelet - I was finally able to get a number off of the robin rhodes website and got through right away around 4:30 pm eastern time. West coast people like myself did not get a chance to purchase anything gw2 gold, due to the three hours difference in time. When I tried to purchase the coat, this is what happened. The website was down, try calling a number that was giving. The number said you're not dialing enough numbers. I hung up and tries again and the same thing happened. Then I tried calling the Today Show. The number rang and rang, then it went to a busy signal and I didn't even get to hang the phone before that happened. What a waste of my time and how very disappointing this experience was.
